Private Process Server
THE PRIVATE PROCESS SERVER PROGRAM governs the certification of private process servers in Arizona.
To be eligible to act as a private process server in Arizona, all persons must be certified and comply with the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 11, the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, administrative orders, and the administrative rules adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court.
Each of our servers must also participate in on-going continuing education to maintain their certification as outlined by the Arizona Judicial Branch Certification & Licensing Commission.
The Certification and Licensing Division develops and administers certification and licensing programs for the Arizona Supreme Court. Division staff develops rules and policies, including registration processes, qualification requirements, training, continuing education, codes of conduct, and disciplinary processes.

Service Order Service Terms
By submitting documents for service, Attorney or Party Without Attorney (Client) agrees to the following terms: Service fees are non-refundable once work on the matter has commenced. If service was not attempted we will refund half of the amount paid. All services must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Client is responsible for providing all information necessary to process order, including statute dates, if any. Serve Monsters, its employees, agents, and assigns are not responsible for any information not given in writing. Charges are based per defendant(s) per address and apply to all items whether served or not, including cancellation after attempt(s), not found, bad address given, or if statutory time expires prior to making service. Client further agrees to hold Serve Monsters, its employees, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all actions, claims, damages, and demands of any type arising directly or indirectly from this service order. If any legal action is required to collect upon agreed fees, Client agrees to pay the legal fees of Serve Monsters incurred in the collection thereof.
There is a $50.00 charge on all returned checks plus $15.00 a month as a unpaid invoice until paid.
No One Can Guarantee Service
No one can guarantee service. However, we will ensure that reasonable effort is made to complete your request within the time-frames given to your particular situation.
Reasonable effort is what was agreed upon to complete your order; we cannot guarantee service since each situation is unique. We do have a high success rate and want to help you in getting your case moved forward. Our process servers are experienced and very good at what they do. They live, eat, and breathe this business.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
Once documents are received by our office and entered into our system.
- If service were NOT attempted, we would REFUND HALF of the amount paid. This does not apply to (STP) "SPECIFIC TIME PLACE SERVE." If a service request is canceled on the scheduled service, there will be no refunds. Service cancellation must occur 24 hours in advance, in writing, to receive a refund of half amount paid. This includes any prepaid stakeout hours.
- Once service has been attempted, we will not refund any portion.
